We are partnering with SANTA’S CARAVAN to collect gifts for deserving children right here in our community!
“This close to Christmas, Santa’s Caravan has been working diligently to procure the exact requested toy gift for each participating child. Although toys are always a blessing, the most needed gifts at this point are coats, hats, gloves, socks, underwear, gift cards, and food items.
Remember, all items must be new and in its original packaging.

Concert Information
The concert will be held at:
Peachtree Road United Methodist Church (PRUMC)
3180 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30305
• Valet Parking: Available in the roundabout off Peachtree Road in front of the Church. Reservation Required.
• Self-Parking: Available in the Red or Green parking lots.
• Entering the Church: Follow signs to the Sanctuary after parking. An elevator is available adjacent to the main sanctuary entrance.

Seating
Seating is first-come, first-served within your section (Preferred or General). If you need special assistance, please let us know.
Valet Parking
Valet parking must be reserved in advance as spots are limited. The valet stand will be in the roundabout in front of the church off of Peachtree Road
Traffic
Buckhead traffic can be heavy, so please allow extra time to arrive and park. Consider arriving early to enjoy dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants. With over 1,000 guests attending, arriving early ensures a close parking spot and makes for a more relaxed evening.

Children
The concert is not recommended for children under the age of 5 due to the professional recording being made and the enjoyment of other guests.
Doors Open
Doors will open at 6:15pm, 45 minutes before the concert starts. Guests may enter through the Narthex directly outside the Sanctuary.
Albums and Sweets
Don’t miss out on our Dolce Confections! Oreo Truffles, Peanut Butter Truffles, Coconut Cherry Cream Truffles, and Toffee are available only at this event. 100% of proceeds go to support the Choir.

Tickets
Please have your tickets ready (printed or on your phone) for ushers to check before entry. We encourage purchasing tickets in advance to save time.
Will-Call
If you need to leave tickets for guests, you can do so at the Will-Call desk.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will be seated between songs or at the discretion of the ushers.
